Agents & Brokers

We listened to industry professionals to provide the tools that mobile and manufactured housing professionals like you really need. For agents and brokers, that means we don’t charge for silly things like receiving leads on your listings or getting your own data back.

Syndication

List once. Appear everywhere manufactured homes sell.

MHAuthority lets licensed real estate professionals and MH dealers list their manufactured-home properties on MHAuthority, Zillow, Homes.com, and 100+ more sites that accept MH property-type listings, all from a single listing.

Your leads and your data stay yours

An inquiry on your listing goes to you. We record that it happened so we can tell you when delivery fails and retry it, but we do not put ourselves between you and someone asking about your own home.

Every lead form on a listing page names its recipient before the visitor types anything. A buyer contacting you knows they are contacting you, which is both more honest and better for your conversion rate than a generic form that gives no indication of where the message goes.

If a notification ever fails to reach you, that failure is recorded and alerted on rather than silently dropped. A lead that we accepted and could not deliver is treated as an incident.

Manufactured-housing-specific search

Buyers can filter by the things that actually distinguish manufactured homes, sections, manufacturer, land arrangement, year built against the HUD Code date, and whether the home includes land. On a general real-estate portal those facts are buried in the description, if they survive at all.

Results are also relevance-ranked rather than price-ranked. Our “Recommended” sort weighs media completeness, data completeness, freshness, and classification confidence, so a well-prepared listing with good photographs and complete fields surfaces above a sparse one, regardless of price.

There is no paid placement in that ranking. If sponsored placement is ever introduced it will be a separate, visibly labelled slot.

Attribution and compliance

Required listing attribution is displayed on every page that shows listing data, along with the source and the last-updated timestamp. Where a listing instructs us not to display the street address, that address is removed at the point of ingest, it is not merely hidden in the interface, so it cannot leak through an API response, a structured-data block, a social preview, or a sitemap.

We support Fair Housing compliance in how the site is built, not just in a footer notice. We do not generate neighbourhood descriptions characterizing the people who live in an area, and we do not build search recommendations on protected characteristics.
