About this home

Updated 2/2 in Bonita Springs 55+ (Español a continuación) A showpiece kitchen, a glassed-in lanai with its own fireplace, and gardens the neighbors will envy. This updated 1990 double wide has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and sits in Southern Pines, a 55+ community in Bonita Springs with a pool, a clubhouse, and plenty to do. Lot rent is $970 per month. The central air is only two to three years old. The kitchen is the star of the home. It was redone with white shaker cabinets that run to the ceiling, quartzite-look counters with a matching full-height backsplash, and a navy shiplap peninsula with seating for two. The stainless appliance package includes a side-by-side refrigerator, a smooth top range, a built-in microwave, and a dishwasher, and pendant lights and recessed lighting keep it bright. A sunny dining nook with a bay window and a pantry sit right off the kitchen. New wood-look vinyl plank flooring runs through the living room, kitchen, and halls. The living room is open to the kitchen, with a ceiling fan, big windows, and room for a large sectional. Off the hall, a laundry closet with louvered doors holds a washer and dryer with cabinets above. The primary bedroom has wood-look floors, a ceiling fan, two closets, and a private bath with a long vanity and a shower. The guest bedroom has carpet, a ceiling fan, and a double closet, next to a full hall bath with a tub and shower. The front lanai is where you will spend your evenings. It has windows on two sides, a vaulted ceiling with a big fan, a stone-look floor, string lights, an electric fireplace, and its own ductless air conditioner for comfort in any season. A storage room off the carport holds tools and bikes, and a second enclosed room at the back works as a workshop, hobby room, or home gym. Outside, soft yellow siding sits on a brick-look base under a shingle roof. A long covered carport with brick columns fits your car and a golf cart, and a paver walkway leads past tropical garden beds full of palms and flowering shrubs. A paver patio out back is ready for a grill. The home is sold as-is, with room to add your own finishing touches. Bonita Springs puts you close to the Gulf.
